  • Processing times : 1 to 3 business days  
    - Delivery times :
      - Mainland France : 7 to 12 business days  
      - DOM-TOM, Europe, United States, Asia, Africa and the rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days  
    - Order tracking : a tracking link is sent by email as soon as the shipment is made.  
    - Shipping fees : calculated according to the zone and order amount (see terms and conditions).

Note: delivery times may vary depending on the period (holidays, customs, strikes, etc.).

My package is late, what should I do?

It can happen that a package is slightly delayed in transit.  
Wait 2 to 3 additional business days after the estimated date.  
If you still haven't received anything, contact us at:

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.  
Contact us within 12 hours of purchase.  
Beyond that, the shipment will already be in progress.

What are the accepted payment methods?

All payments are 100% encrypted via SSL protocol.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return if:
- The product is unused
- It is in its original packaging

Any package returned without prior agreement will not be processed.
